Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out using the form below. We understand that things happen and things are ordered accidentally, etc. We are happy to refund any orders that need to be cancelled and make changes before the item ships out. All shop items are approved for production 24 hours after the purchase was made. If you need to make changes to the color or size of a shirt, please keep in mind that it may delay the shipping of the product, as additional stock may need to be ordered.
If a purchase needs to be cancelled after the 24 hour period, unfortunately, we are no longer able to stop the production. If you need to cancel an order after it has been created or shipped, please refer to our returns section.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things just aren’t what you expected and we are more than happy to refund any items that eligible for a return. Because all of our products are custom made, we are not able to offer refunds on products that are ordered in the wrong size or color. If your order arrives damaged, we are more than happy to replace the item or offer you a refund within 30 days of product delivery.

Shipping Policy
Pending any unexpected delays or out-of-stock inventory, you can expect your items to ship in 2-4 business days.
After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use the tracking number or link emailed to you after you placed your order. If after receiving your products, you need to return something, please refer to our Return Policy.
We are not responsible for items that may be lost in the mail. If you feel that your item may be lost, please contact your local postal service to resolve the issue.
